We started Ore Stone Radio, in the South West, back in 2009 with one clear goal, to give new and unsigned artists a real chance to be heard. There are so many talented people making incredible music, but without a big label or budget, they often get overlooked. We wanted to change that, and we still do.

Ore Stone Radio took a little break and has grown over the years, but our focus hasn’t changed. We’re passionate about finding fresh sounds, supporting rising talent, and giving artists a place to shine. We still welcome music from new and unsigned artists, and we’re proud to play it every day.

Where Are We?

Our main studio is based in Britain’s Ocean City, Plymouth — a vibrant and scenic hub on the South West coast. While it’s a beautiful place to live and work, it’s also one of the more expensive areas in the region.

We’re proud to have DJs not only in Plymouth, but also in Exeter and Torbay, helping us bring great music to listeners across the South West.
