Ore Stone Radio is an independent online radio station broadcasting from Plymouth and Torquay, right here in the heart of the South West. We’re named after the Ore Stone Rock, a jagged little landmark just off the Torbay coast — solid, local, and impossible to ignore. Just like us.
We play proper music, champion local artists, and keep things real. If you’re tired of radio stations that claim to be local but sound like they’re run from a call centre in London, you’re going to love what we’re building here.

There’s an incredible music scene bubbling away across the South West. And honestly? Most of it gets ignored by big-name stations.
At Ore Stone Radio, we’re here to fix that.
We play tracks made by real artists from Plymouth, Torquay, Exeter, Truro, Barnstaple, and all across the region. Whether it’s indie rock, R&B, garage, house, or something completely different, if it’s good and it’s from the South West, it belongs on air.
